  • Promotional Offers from the Company. The Company may wish to provide you with any variety of promotional offers.  Promotional offers will be designed to offer you a good or service at a special rate or price, while also providing some form of revenue for the company, in a sponsorship, advertising, commission or some other structure which benefits the Company, as well. However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. By participating in, subscribing to, or using the IRL website in any way, you are providing valuable information to IRL.  You are hereby explicitly consenting to IRL’s use of your information, and further understand and agree that we can transfer any and all data and information, whether it be anonymous, or contain identifying information, to any successor in interest of IRL at any time ever.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our website, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. 

The transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our website. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the website.
